My path

My voluntary year in South Africa broadened my perspective on different realities of life, cultures and viewpoints.

TODAY
Through yoga, sound and bodywork, another level of my work emerged: the connection between reflection, body awareness and the nervous system.
Today I combine my experience in systemic counseling, yoga and sound – online and in person.
Through my studies in International Social Work and my professional experience in Germany and abroad, I have been able to support people in different life situations.
Die systemische Haltung prägt meine Arbeit und meinen Blick auf Menschen: wertschätzend, ressourcenorientiert und offen für unterschiedliche Perspektiven.

A little more Leah
Before I am a consultant or yoga teacher, I am first and foremost a human being - with my own experiences, questions and a great curiosity about life.
The last few years have taken me to many different places and shown me how enriching it is to accompany people in their very individual stories.

Lived and worked abroad for 5+ years
and learned to view the world from different perspectives
I prefer to be outdoors in nature
in the mountains, in the forest or by the sea
Dancing, Movement & Connection
They always bring me back to myself.
Collect moments rather than things
and love the simple life
Deep conversations and genuine laughters
ideally both – with room for everything in between
My work
In my work, one thing is particularly important to me: appreciation.
I approach every person with genuine interest in their life, with openness and a focus on their existing strengths and resources. I am convinced that everyone is the expert on their own life – and often already carries the right answers within themselves.
My approach is empathetic, authentic, and respectful. I don't offer ready-made solutions, but rather guide you in finding your own answers. Together, we examine patterns, relationships, and challenges from new perspectives and identify potential next steps.

I want to create spaces where honest reflection is possible. Spaces where you can organise your thoughts, understand yourself better, and develop new ways of acting.
With curiosity, appreciation, and trust in your own resources.
