During a sound massage, singing bowls are placed directly on the clothed body. The gentle vibrations and sounds invite you to release tension, quiet your mind, and reconnect with yourself.

Surrounded by singing bowls, you can simply lie down, listen, and arrive.

What yoga means to me

For me, yoga is not a place where we have to become better, more flexible, or more "perfect".

 

Quite the opposite.

 

For me, yoga is the moment when I stop having to perform. When I put my ego aside for a while and start listening again: to my body, my breath, and to what is truly present in this moment.

 

Sometimes it means stillness. Sometimes movement. Sometimes strength. Sometimes shaking, feeling emotions, or simply doing nothing for a moment.

 

My yoga practice has accompanied me through many changes and has shown me time and again: Our body carries so much knowledge within it – if we learn to listen to it.

My classes aren't about how a posture looks. They're about how it feels.

 

You don't have to be flexible. You don't have to be able to sit still. You don't have to prove anything.

Yoga with me can be real. Imperfect. Unglamorous. Human.
