SYSTEMIC CONSULTING

Systemic counseling does not only see the individual person, but the person in the context of their environment – family, relationships, work, culture. Problems are not seen as "disturbances" of individuals, but as expressions of patterns or dynamics within the system.
The focus is on resources, strengths, and new perspectives. The goal is to develop solutions together that are relevant to one's own life situation.
The approach is appreciative, resource-oriented and on equal terms: You are the expert on your own life – I will accompany you in discovering new possibilities.

I am currently completing a two-year training program to become a systemic consultant at wispo.
For my certification, I need 80 hours of consulting and am looking for people who are willing to make themselves available as discussion partners.

Counseling can cover personal, professional or interpersonal issues.
These are confidential discussions in a protected setting.
